CONCEPT

SWEETMUR is a permanent insulated formwork system into which a 15-cm or 20-cm concrete core is poured.

The formwork consists of two graphite-enhanced polystyrene panels (density 30 g/l) connected by recycled polypropylene spacers. The thermal resistance required will determine the thickness of the panels used (7 or 10 cm) and therefore the thickness of the semi-finished walls (29, 32, 34 or 35 cm).

Reinforcement simplified by erecting one side of the block.

SWEETMUR can be used to produce bearing and non-bearing walls. The aim is to achieve high thermal resistance and to eliminate thermal bridges. The inner surface must then be dry-lined with plasterboard (or lined with plaster on mesh), while the outer surface is lined with exterior insulation avec avis technique
